TeamCinematic is a website where you can find wedding venues and vendors, send inquiries and ask our team to help plan your wedding. This page explains what personal details we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • When you send an inquiry about a listing: your name, email, phone number (optional), event date, number of guests and your message.
  • When you use "Start my wedding planning": your name, phone number, email, city, wedding month or date, number of event days, the services you need, guest numbers and venue preferences.
  • When a business asks to be listed: the business name, contact person, email, phone, city, website, Instagram link and a short description.
  • Technical details: a session cookie and a security token that make our forms work, and your IP address in our hosting provider's server logs.

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry and contact you about your wedding by phone, WhatsApp or email.
  • To share your request with the venue, vendor or planner who will handle it.
  • To confirm your phone number with a one-time code sent by SMS, where this check is turned on.
  • To review applications from businesses that want to be listed.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam.

Who else handles your details

We do not sell your personal details. Some services help us run the site and may process them on our behalf: our hosting provider, our SMS provider (for one-time codes) and our email provider. If you tap "Chat with us", you leave this site and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies. Posts from Instagram shown on our pages are loaded from Instagram, which may set its own cookies and collect data under its own policy.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work, such as the session and form security cookies. These are not used for tracking or advertising.

How long we keep your details

We keep inquiries and planning requests for as long as we need them to help you and to keep a record of our conversations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or stop contacting you. Write to us at the address below and we will respond as soon as we can. These rights apply under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your details, including limiting who can see them in our admin area. No website can promise complete security, so please do not send us anything you would not want to share.

Children

This site is for adults planning a wedding. It is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
